Had both our girls done for Christmas and it was our puppies 1st time. Both had a great experience and both came home looking and feeling great... Will be booking again for the new year...All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The staff are all friendly and patient, and they are cuddly with my dog so he isnt scared goin in, only ever bought puppy training pads, a cone and some treats, but it was a decent visit every time

I come here often for my pets food and I have to say I experience a negative experience each time. The young girl on the till is extremely pushy when it comes to using a VIP Card and appears very offended when I tell her I don’t have one and don’t want to use one. After I politely say no thank you she then refuses to say please or thank you again as if I’ve offered her for not using a VIP CARD.
Staff are excellent always willing to help. All the staff at the vets are also excellent. Great store to have in my area.

Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, I usually pop in for dog food but occasionally buy livefood from there and the times I have had questions, there has always been someone in who can answer them thoroughly.
We came here for the puppy socialisation classes. The girls who ran the class were great, very friendly. All the staff in store were friendly too.
Visited just before Christmas to purchase 5 cat bowls after seeing none on the shelf was helped by a very attractive lady with a personality to match who went out of her way to find what I wanted plus was able to give me discount on a number of pouches of catnip which had damaged packaging. As I have used the veterinary services on a previous visit which also was a brilliant service i cannot recommend this store enough.
