   I can only review based on food and atmosphere and facilities. I got the fish and chips with mush peas. The fish was so good and the beer was great also. My only gripe was their use of frozen chips as compared to hand cut, homemade it's night and day. In addition to our time, we had a bash at the pool table which was easily accessible and had plenty of room to navigate the game.

   I can only leave very positive feedback for our stay at the Bay Horse hotel. The staff, in particular Emma were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean, well equipped with hairdryer, ironing board, iron, tea & coffee making etc and comfy bed. There is a good amount of parking on site and it is a very good location for exploring the area. We had breakfast on two mornings, there was a good selection of continental self service and a good choice of cooked breakfasts, cooked to order, again the staff were happy to adjust to any special requests. I can highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again.

   Stayed in the newly refurbished hotel. What a transformation. Very comfy beds, clean and modern bathroom. Well worth a visit and I'll be recommending to friends and family looking for places to stay in the area. The attached pub is friendly with a great selection of food.

   Whilst my room was a little tired, it was ok, and very well priced. The bed very comfortable, lovely linen and pillows, plenty of hot water for the bath. Good sized TV and coffee facilities. Staff very helpful, and breakfast extra cost great. In the evening I had steak special and a pint of IPA less than £9. I'd come again
