“A little hidden gem in standish i happened upon today after the worst reception with a booked table at the Owls in standish. The crown saved my 85 year old disabled father and mother's treat of a lunch and our day. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was absolutely fabulous from the lunch menu, portions are substantial so go on an empty stomach but definitely worth a visit. I will not forget this place in a hurry and would recommend it to anyone. Lovely lovely place.”

“Comfortable hotel with a reasonable breakfast included and helpful staff. A couple of issues with room No 2 which was mentioned before leaving such as heated towel rail not working and instructions are needed in the room to operate the heating controls.
