“Sue was incredibly accommodating for when I was booking my two bunnies for their stay. She kept in contact throughout and even sent me photos of them while I was away for the week. It put my mind at ease and I felt happy that they were being looked after by someone who is highly experienced in rabbit health and their special care. Bertie and Bella looked happy and healthy and probably enjoyed being spoiled for the whole week! 100% recommend Happy Hoppers for anyone in the area who needs their bunnies to be looked after.”

“A fantastic place where they take real care of your pets. We booked our cat in for a week and were so pleased with the love and care she received. Nikki put videos up on Insta so we could see our cat throughout the week and it was clear that she was getting lots of fuss and was really settled. When we came to pick her up, she didn't seem to want to leave! Will definitely be returning!”

“It took a lot for us to leave our cats in a cattery as they are very shy and it was our first time But I knew this was the right place the moment I seen it. Lynsey and Carl were more than happy for me to visit before booking. It was quiet and so pretty. All of the cats had a huge space to live in and were rolling on their backs and purring when Lynsey and Carl went past each apartment. The space for the cats is huge. Plenty of room to play and climb, aswell as wild birds to watch from their windows. When we dropped our cats off we got to bring them to the room and settle them in. I cannot recommend this place enough. I felt confident knowing that our boys were in the best of hands and would be loved and cared for.”

“We have been coming to Hop-It Holidays for about 5 years and we don't go anywhere else. Our rabbits have stayed from 2 nights to 2 months. Really professional, knowledgeable and is just a great place for small animals. I know they are very knowledgeable about rabbits and very attentive so I know my two are in the best of hands when here and I can enjoy my holiday. The addition of the cameras helps to give peace of mind any time of day, wherever you are in the world. Highly recommended.”

“What an amazing hotel with super welcoming staff , Maria and Sam , the rooms are sumptuous and large with a lot of thought going into every little detail . The staff are so helpful and very informative and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area .”

“Julianna's, you have found lifelong customers! Last time we were on holiday, we used another popular local kennels but were unimpressed- the dogs came back smelling and looking dirty, the blankets and bed we had sent them with were covered in urine- we just did not leave with a good feeling. We have felt the exact opposite way with Julianna's. The photo updates on Facebook are an absolute joy and so reassuring. The genuine care the staff show towards all the animals boarding is heartwarming. They really seem to have brought out the best in our usually quiet, anxious smallest chihuahua! Thank you all so much- we will never use anywhere else ever again!”

“Our two dogs, Roo (beagle) and Ernie (Jack Russell) liked Rachel straight away and they had a good cuddle on the first house visit. Felt really confident that they would be looked after when we were out for the day. Got updates and photos during the day which was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using again.”

“We've used the cattery for over 5 years and couldn't be happier with the service we get from Julie and team. Our cats always come home healthy and happy and it is obvious the cat pens are cleaned regularly and are very spacious. Make sure you book school holidays long in advance as she will often be full 6 months on advance! We will be using the cattery for many years to come.”

“Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. However the breakfast service was slow and we only just had time to eat our breakfast as we had to catch a train. The staff were apologetic but we had to rush our food and this meant we didn't enjoy the experience. Next time we will have cereal.”

“What a fabulous hotel. We were down for a funeral last weekend and decided to stay two nights as we had a considerable travel time. The staff at reception (Abbey I think?) and another girl were incredibly helpful and even insisted on taking our case up to our room - in fact all of the staff went out of their way - literally- they didn't just tell you ,they stopped what they were doing and showed you in person - amazing! The room was delightful and incredibly warm and cosy - the leisure centre was excellent and the food at breakfast and the second evening when we dined in was excellent on every occasion. Really cheered us up for what was a a sad occasion otherwise. Thank you again - will definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“First time at an easy hotel and it was lovely. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a cheap stay, but the rooms are nice, light and welcoming, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. I spoke to 3 ladies whilst I was there who all assisted me with different things with big smiles and a welcoming nature! The lady I spoke with this morning is called Rachel and she was delightful. Two other ladies assisted me last night with a key card problem and an extra heater, really fantastic staff who think on their feet and go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. I WILL BE BACK!x”

“Amazing experience at The Grand. The Cabaret and Cabernet evening was fabulous, fantastic singers, musicians and dancers. The meal was delicious too. Our room was lovely, breakfast very good, especially the salmon and eggs with hollandaise sauce. All the staff were professional, friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful hotel.”

“Had a 2 day break here, staff are lovely and the food was some of the best I've tasted. Breakfast was as tasty and portions good. Could not of asked for a nicer 2 days away, with all attractions a short walk away.”

“The service hotel is in an excellent location within the City of Birmingham, England. All the shops, restaurants, attractions are within easy walking distance. It is also easily accessible by road, train and coach from across the country. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and have all essential facilities included. The beds are comfortable with bedding and pillows to ensure a great sleep, which is also helped by the “black out” curtains. Water temperature and pressure is fully adjustable allowing for a perfect shower at any time.”

“A great hotel, supplemented by it's incredible staff, all of whom were so friendly, welcoming helpful, chatty and very competent. The studio room I stayed in was fantastic, incredibly clean, comfortable with every amenity required. A special mention of a the chap that helped with check in on Sunday 16th Nov around 8/9pm. He is a credit to your hotel, a great guy. Thankyou”

“We booked Sunday afternoon tea at The Old Farm Hotel to celebrate my parent's Diamond Wedding Anniversary. There were around 30 guests and everyone was looked after extremely well by very attentive staff. The homemade cakes and scones were delicious! The venue was perfect for a gathering of this size and offered excellent value for money. A special mention to Sharon and the team who ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. Excellent customer service, we would highly recommend!”

“This is the first time we’ve been for Christmas dinner at the old Rose and Crown. The location is lovely. There were 15 in our party. The table was beautifully decorated as were all the other dining tables etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was piping hot, delicious and you weren’t rushed between courses. We would definitely book again. It was a lovely treat.”

“Such an incredible place, we arrived just as they were decorating for Christmas and it was beautiful! The setting is stunning, the rooms are lovely, the food was absolutely incredible and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also visited the spa and had a treatment which was fantastic. It's expensive but worth it.”

“Held a corporate away day here and the team could not have been more supportive during the set up phase, very detailed and when I arrived all my requests had been executed as I wished. The overall stay, including the conference room, the bedrooms, all the refreshments and the evenings dinner were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the team loved the venue. Definitely would book again for such an event, and equally, happy to recommend to those staying for leisure too.”

“My husband and I spent one night at the hotel and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dishes from the kitchen were absolutely delicious – every meal was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for such high-quality cuisine! I would especially like to thank Anshika, our waitress, for her exceptional service – always smiling, professional, and very attentive to every detail. She truly made our dining experience special. The reception staff were also very helpful and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. A big thank you as well to Valentina, the bartender, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made amazing drinks every evening. Her Espresso Martini was absolutely delicious – the best we’ve ever had! Overall, a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!”

“Travelled here for a conference and it is a fantastic site and venue. The rooms are spacious, clean and have great facilities. There was an issue with the booking, not the hotel's fault, but Adriana Travnic on tbe front desk was nothing less than exceptional when helping me rectify the situation, would definitely stay again”

“A wonderful experience staying here over the weekend, amazing and attentive staff, always had a smile on their faces from greeting to us leaving. Breakfast was amazing and very well cooked. Rooms clean and tidy with plenty of pillows, towels and tea/coffee. Great location and parking onsite.”
