Have taken my cat here a couple of times and he has always come home happy, settled and bright eyed. Nikki is very attentive, kind and loves all cats!! Would definitely recommend!
Nicky looks after our cat like he is hers. I love the fact she posts on social media when she can so we can see him while we are away. Our cat loves his time there!
A fantastic place where they take real care of your pets. We booked our cat in for a week and were so pleased with the love and care she received. Nikki put videos up on Insta so we could see our cat throughout the week and it was clear that she was getting lots of fuss and was really settled. When we came to pick her up, she didn't seem to want to leave! Will definitely be returning!
This cattery is amazing. We take our cat here, who is a bit of a feisty one. He takes a day or two to settle, but nikki knows him and how to look after him, we could not ask for more, and we know he is in the best care possible. We love Top Cat Hotel.
We were considering a cat sitter to visit our house but that would have meant our cat would only have company for 1/2 an hour a day which wouldn’t have been fair. So we booked in with Top Cat Hotel. So glad we did. Our 17 year old cat was looked after superbly. Nikki was amazing, you can tell this is not just a business, she genuinely loves cats. We have booked again for March. Theo, the BSH cat was obviously very well cared for. His holiday home was organised, clean and well run by people who genuinely loved the cats. He will be spending his next holiday there.
The only place I could ever leave my cat - the quality of care here is just outstanding. I leave my boy here every year when I go away and he always comes back as a happy and well looked after cat! Prices are really good for the excellent amount of effort that guys here put in. Photos are uploaded so you can check up on your kitty while you're away. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Big thanks to the team from myself & Zeus for always being incredible!
Misty seemed to be very comfortable at Top Cats, settling in very quickly despite never having stayed there before. She has since learned how to use a cat flap, something we've been trying to teach her! Top Cats were very accommodating fortunately as we were delayed by 2 days coming home and it would have been very difficult if she couldn't have stayed the extra days.
Very pleasant owners, I turned up without calling or booking and a lovely young lady showed me round without hesitation, we decided to book our 2 cats in for a week and had no issues at all, Zeus and luna loved it..thank you
