“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. I was always nervous about leaving him overnight with anyone else but Jo and Stuart’s safe home and wealth of experience looking after dogs made me feel at ease, and knowing that Louis settled beautifully at night made me feel so relieved.
