“Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. “Jo and Stuart have been so welcoming and have accepted our pup into their home as though he was family. Louis gets very excited when he arrives and always comes home a happy boy! I was always nervous about leaving him overnight with anyone else but Jo and Stuart’s safe home and wealth of experience looking after dogs made me feel at ease, and knowing that Louis settled beautifully at night made me feel so relieved. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“We needed somewhere affordable and comfortable to stay whilst attending the spring fair, not only is Haya house that but scrupulously clean and the landlady is fabulous. We arrived after 9 but she was still friendly and polite, I have a nasty cold at the moment so she very kindly made me hot lemon, ginger and honey last night and this morning. I also cannot drink cows milk so this morning at breakfast when I asked for soya she went to the shop immediately to buy some. A lovely lady, a comfortable guest house and will certainly return.”

“Cosycott looked after our two cats Dash and Dobby, Jenny the owner was absolutely lovely and messaged us frequently with updates. Dash has to have medication twice a day and Jenny made sure he had it and messaged to let us know. The cattery is very clean and tidy, nice space for the cats. Dobby isn't the friendliest of cats, a bit of a naughty tortie but Jenny still thought she was lovely. They came home happy. It's really nice to be able to go into the cattery and get the cats settled and the same when collecting them. Really safe cattery, felt at ease with Jenny and will definitely use this cattery again! Thank you so much!”
