“Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. “What an amazing hotel with super welcoming staff , Maria and Sam , the rooms are sumptuous and large with a lot of thought going into every little detail . The staff are so helpful and very informative and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area .”

“This hotel is simply brilliant. I have now stayed here FOUR times in my life. My only complaint is that it is in Birmingham. However, this is outweighed by the many fantastic fortunes associated with staying here. The service is extremely exciting, with reception members often unexpectedly dropping into my room at late hours of the night when all lights are turned off - a fun and lighthearted surprise! I heard them reorganising my possessions and felt one worker checking my pulse while I slept, which was very reassuring to know my safety is a priority. Another safety measure met here is ensuring all visitors are vaccinated - at approximately 10pm I received a surprise vaccination at the bar, however I do not know what illness it was protecting me from as I quickly fell asleep; however, staff still kindly escorted me to my room and helped me undress for bed. Overall a brilliant experience - I am highly satisfied with the care and support offered by staff. At this hotel, I feel truly loved.”
