The hotel is okay, however... don't book it through Wyndham.com unless you like problems. There are always problems with the website, the app, payment issues, and their advertised rewards system doesn't work. They say you get points, but then you don't. You have to write to their customer service or call them, proving you stayed with them. The service is based in the US, they don't respond to emails, they ignore them. Completely unprofessional. They once booked two rooms for me over the phone, and after every night, I literally had complaints. I'm a long-haul driver who sleeps in hotels 3-4 nights a week for about 5 years. I've emailed them numerous times about regularly adding points, with no response to this day. So, if you're booking a Days Inn or Ramada, use Hotels.com, Expedia, or Booking.com. They've never disappointed me, and I'll never go back to Wyndham.

Walked into reception, all looked good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, walking to my room the carpets were threadbare, stained and had holes in. Entered the room that looked very tired. Damaged plug sockets not repaired, the toilet flush had parts missing, made sure I kept something on my feet. The shower head looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. I was in a room with a busy dual carriageway outside. The windows are old and not sound proofed, which led to a very uncomfortable night. First time at a Ramada, I wont be going back.

The receptionist name Izzy if I spelled it right( working on 23rd and 24th morning hours) amazing personality with a charismatic character right from. The check in until check out very helpful in terms of local knowledge and other where abouts. deserves a raise to be honest or a reward. The hotels is awful. Almost like a roadside motel if youβre travelling with family especially ladies I would not recommend for kids.

This hotel is dangerous! Unable to open our window due to no handle on the window. Should there have been a fire we couldnβt open the window to escape. Air con didnβt work so no air in our room. I went and spoke with the receptionist and was told we should have asked for them to open the window. I spoke with manager and was offered 15% off our next stay. Why would we want to stay in such a dive again!?!? Level of customer service reflects the level of maintenance

As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. On behalf of the church I would like to thank each and every one of you.

Feel like Iβm on βFour in a bedβ but some things they just have to be said.. This room was poor quality. I didnβt expect 5 star but the room just failed to deliver basic stuff: Not clean at all. Dirty walls. Floor un hoovered furniture dated and dusty. Tv very cheap. Bed uncomfortable and cheap. No mattress cover just two quilts with one used as the mattress cover Tacky and out dated curtains. Tacky and chipped window sills Bathroom was really tight and awkward to get in and shut the door. Lamps not working as bulbs not changed so no dimmed lighting in the room just main light worked. This room is worth no more than Β£30 a night. Will never stay there again

Quick stop over. Great hotel and staff at reasonable prices. Some naughty person smoked in their room and set off the alarm about 9am on a Sunday morning. It got sorted but the alarm rang for quite sometime.

The ramada looks very grandiose from the lobby as soon as you get through the double doors, it becomes a motel. The lift had a crack at the join of the back wall and floor. You could see all the operational wires through the lift. There was masking tape everywhere. I imagine the walls had recently been painted but it was left up all weekend with no fresh coat or wet paint signs. The bathroom was small, very small. I kept hitting myself with the door trying to get to the toilet. The toilet roll holder was broken off the wall. The room lighting wasn't great, so had to do makeup in the tiny bathroom. Was overpriced for quality. The lobby is very nice though. Overall, the ramada became a ramadont stay here again.

Checked in and was given a room I could only describe as being way below par, I won't go into detail on here, I spoke to the receptionist who gave me a better room on a upper floor. At this point I was soo tired I just wanted to eat and go to sleep so as long as it was clean I was happy with that. The bed could do with an upgrade as I awoke with severe back ache and the shower had no pressure. The restaurant could do with offering more selection for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan people, there was not much on offer. The receptionist was lovely and made a difference to my overall stay. Location was great as I was seeing family

Room was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, no noise could be heard from the very busy road. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Although I didn't have one of the refurbished rooms (117) it was still excellent. The price of Β£45per night for a Tuesday and Wednesday was great value. The location was excellent with a bus stop to get into Birmingham Centre within 25 minutes or to Dudley in around 20 minutes was located just outside he hotel.. Less than 2 minutes walk. Large free car park if needed. Definitely be staying here again and hope to get one of the refurbished rooms next time.
