“Can't praise the vets or staff enough for the way they loked after our dog. Everything was done that possibly could be to help her but unfortunately we lost her. Even at that stage they were so compassionate and kind our Minnie went very quickly and peaceful.”

“My dog Sidney has had a full groom at Oldbury groom room by Sophie, 3 times now and she has done a great job every time, definitely highly recommend. Sophie is very calm and caring towards Sidney, you can tell that she genuinely loves animals and she is so professional in her grooming skills, it was his 3rd groom yesterday and he looks great, so neat and tidy every time he's been groomed there by Sophie.”

“Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. “Been going to blacks for most of my cats life, great staff, hadn't been for a couple of years but this year the fleas are a problem, so had to return and request prescription treatment, as I was there I asked for quick check up and his nails done and pain relief as he is 17.5 and I no he's in pain, all sorted, said I had been buying over the counter flea treatment and I was not made to feel I was wrong, I have 2 other cats and as we all no things have gone up so much. Always welcomed when I arrive as well as any cat I bring, parking is a bit of problem due to traffic and now other businesses customers parking were they like and how they like, so allow time of day and time to sort your parking”

“Unfortunately Lyn had to have her Cat Louie euthanized due to a Stomach Tumour your Vetanory Nurses were excellent , they spoke to Lyn by phone, as she could not attend as she is disabled, explainng everthing , they sent a Sympathy Card and arranged Cremation and Casket, overall a very professional, sympathetic experience, gladly recommend to everyone. “Jo and Stuart have been so welcoming and have accepted our pup into their home as though he was family. Louis gets very excited when he arrives and always comes home a happy boy! I was always nervous about leaving him overnight with anyone else but Jo and Stuart’s safe home and wealth of experience looking after dogs made me feel at ease, and knowing that Louis settled beautifully at night made me feel so relieved. Can’t recommend them enough!”
