“I go here occasionally , I went here for scrambled egg on toast, my meal was perfect. I asked for plenty of butter , I got exactly what I asked for. I would recommend going here for a take away or an eat in meal. I've had take aways before. Fridah makes great sandwiches and the prices are great too , it's inexpensive. Fridayh will accommodate what ever you ask her for , I asked for a toasted club sandwich in the past which Fridah hadn't made before , she did it perfectly for me .Its a clean cafe , You can park outside . They are always welcoming.”

“A charming, smoky atmosphere. Great, attentive service by a well rounded group of service orientated staff. I would recommend, just a shame its not open for evening service, as i would fine there for dinner too ….and plenty parking for my big rig!”

“Had this cafe delivery via Uber eats. The food was really nice and not greasy. I would recommend you to try the food here. We love that the wet items (beans and tomato) are in separate cups. Would be nice to have option to remove items from breakfast e.g egg but I'm sure that if you put it in the comments they would do it.”

“Friendly staff, great choice or cakes if that's your thing. Only went in for coffee but a bacon bap is only £1 with a drink so it would be rude not to. Light and spacious on the 1st floor. Lift available if you need it. I was on crutches and able to manoeuvre around easily. Tasty food and coffee”

“I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

“Finally found a Bengali home cooked food style cafe. Amazing food, value for money and great service. I think you should add home cooked biryani to the menu as well. Will be back again.”

“We have been looking for a good jacket potato shop for a while now and couldn't seem to find anywhere that was good enough. Alright Spud have definitely filled the gap in the area providing fantastic food at brilliant prices. Not only is the food of great quality, the service you receive is exceptional every time. Would recommend this local business time and time again!”

“Been meaning to come here for a while, heard good things and I wasnt disappointed. Firstly thr location is pretty good, close to town but far enough so you can get easily parked. There is free parking just outside for at least 2 hours, plenty of time. Upon entering,there's a cool water feature with the cafe logo. Thr ambience is nice and it's decorated very nicely. The staff are really nice too very friendly and the food and drinks is served very quick. We went at a busy time and still got our drinks n food pretty quickly. Thr food itself is great very tasty nice range and perfect for breakfast or lunch. I had a persian breakfast and the flavours were great. The drinks were really nice too and made fresh and nicely presented. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be back!!”

Walked in to a happy smile from Jay and ordered the big breakfast (after I was shown the options and allowed to swap an item) Asked to take a seat and had a big old mug of coffee(not one of them pathetic timble size cups)brought to me . Next came the perfectly cook breakfast. it had good ingredients and was hot. Each table has some sort of reading material on it and the radio quietly playing in background. WHAT A LITTLE GEM THIS PLACE IS”

“I came in today around 1 pm with my friend for a quick coffee and a sandwich. We received a warm welcome and the girl that served us was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We mentioned that we are in a hurry and she made sure our coffee and food came on time, which helped us out a lot! Will probably visit the place again as we loved the atmosphere.
