“Provide an excellent environment and kickboxing programme for kids. My son joined 2 years ago and not only has his fitness increased but his confidence and ability to try new things. Dan is a great instructor and knows how to motivate the kids. Since Covid 19 Kiel has enabled training to continue whilst we have had to remain at home which has been amazing. Since reopening they have ensured measures are in place to keep everyone safe, from reduced class numbers to temperature checks to hand sanitiser. Team KTBBA do an amazing job!!!”

“I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

“I first contacted Tracy nearly 4 years ago in the hope she could help me with my fear of flying which I had let control my life for a good 10 years. I was skeptical in all honesty but I was proved wrong! Just 3 sessions changed me from the girl who said "I'll never get on a plane ever again" to the woman who has been able to enjoy many family holidays abroad now with my husband and our 2 young children. This meant so much to me but means even more these last 2 years after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 31, a mother of a 5 month-old and a 3 year-old. “Just wanted to make a "good" point about my recent 2-3 visits to the surgery and praise how awesome and supportive the GP"s have been. It's not that they were not before it was that I never knew any different and thought because of the time restrictions and the workload they needdd to be focused and regimented with appointments however Dr Gregory, Dr Matharu and Dr Khan were exceptional took time to listen to ALl my concerns answered ALl questions knowledgeably and with attention ti my understanding and satisfaction made ALL the referrals that we established I needed and just overall were COOL! Please pass on my gratitude directly to them. I have visited the surgery a couple of times to try to thank them but have been told understandably that I would need to make an appointment to see them and although I still have and establish further complications I don't want to take an appointment that someone who is worse off could use also the fact that you gotta get up so early and be on hold file so long is a small factor and I don't want to suffer that if I can solder on for now.”

“Felt poorly for 2 weeks with flu type symptoms including a persistent cough. Thought it would gradually ease with paracetamol but 2 weeks in still felt quite unwell. Covid tests were negative. Made a call to the centre to be told no further appointments, this was at 8.00am, and to call back. Being fortunate enough not to need to use the surgery very often and being aware of the frustrations generally of using GP’s at this time I feared the worse. Called back later in the day, spoke to a very nice, polite receptionist and got a doctors appointment over the phone with Dr Andreo the same day. I’d say that was a good result and a good job done.
