   receptionist always smiles at me every time i walk in for my appointment. my dentist, dr.faz is great. she gives me great advice and makes conversation with me, making sure i’m not uncomfortable. i will not be changing dentists any time soon. thanks queen’s head for making sure i have a pleasant experience.

   Love this dentist, very local for me, very friendly staff - Faz and the receptionist, always very polite and chatty. Reception area lovely and welcoming - would be even better if there was a hot drinks machine.

   Was able to register as an NHS patient a couple of years ago and thry have been great. Can get an appointment relatively easy and Dr Faz is great. As someone with a complete needle phobia I appreciate that I can get fillings without one

   The worst Dentist my family and I ever used, my husband filling fell out 1 week after it was done in March 2020 before Covid started. All dentist was closed in 2020 due to Covid, they've refused to issue a refund or refill the filling, when I asked why because they were opened in 2020 and my husband didn't go in to get it corrected, absolute lie!!! My eldest daughter had a filling done in late 2021 and her filling fell out the same day!! They refill it again on the NHS as she's attending secondary school. I would not recommend Queens Head to anyone

   Dr Faz has been such an amazing dentist. She came highly recommended after helping re-align and whitening my wife's teeth. She was quick to accommodate me in short notice. Repair a cracked tooth and replace a crown which has been giving me problems for quite a few months. She takes her time to explain exactly what interventions are required and how I can help keep my teeth healthy for the future. Refreshing to have someone who is so thorough and take pride in what they do.
