   Don't bother calling... On hold 1st in queue for over 30 mins.. Don't believe they even answer phone calls, callsd to check if items are stocked ,, utter waste of time.. Also The pharmacy is not at the location they show on google maps, so you can't find it to even pop in Poor, shoddy service. Not a happy bunny

   We have used Pharmacy X-press in our care home for a couple of years now and have been happy with the service we receive. we have found at times they have been able to get medications that other pharmacy's have stated are "out of stock" which has also been a plus as it saves trying to get "alternative prescriptions". they are an email away if you require assistance. Would certainly recommended

   I have used Pharmacy-Xpress since 2019 for the Care Home I Manage, Pharmacy Xpress have helped my Home become Paperless in all aspects of Medication which is fantastic! If i have a query they respond to me straight away, Medication is always delivered on time, and sometimes within 1 hour ! which is great service! I also like the training and Audits which they provide as part of the service.
