Great service iv had two b12 injections and found even through my b12 was low wasnt low enough to have a b12 injection on the NHS, since having this injection symptoms of fatigue, headaches have subsided recommended hill top pharmacy
Been waiting in a phone queue for ages, get a answered and the girl is all I can't hear you. Got cut off. Rang again only to be told by her I can't hear you, can you call back later. REALLY?????? So tried again, waited, and this time no one spoke, just cut me off for the THIRD TIME. Dreadful delivery service, ordered supplies via district nurses over a week ago!!!! and still nothing. I'm running out of dressings altogether now. What am i going to use on my husbands legs? Panty liners???? If you can't cope then offload some of the deliveries to another pharmacy Additional...finally managed to get through, someone else answered, got put through to a lovely lady who said she would bring the supplies round herself later this evening. Now THAT is excellent service.
I use Hill Top Pharmacy for both my private and NHS prescriptions. The team are always welcoming and professional. They process both my ADHD medication and my medical cannabis prescriptions with discretion and competence. Mal, the pharmacist, is both friendly and knowledgable in his field. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacist enough!
Mal was brilliant, my daughter had an intolerance test done at Hill Top Pharmacy. He was great, very patient and talked us through, highly recommend.
