Just come here to do my monthly shop and discovered that all the trolleys need a coin or token now to unlock. I'm disabled and rely on the trollies to get everything to my car easily. I haven't used cash since the pandemic so didn't have any coins. I don't even have a wallet, everything is done on my phone. I asked whether a trolley could be unlocked for me only to be told if I couldn't unlock it myself I would have to use a basket, but they couldn't be taken out of the store. I ended up struggling around with three baskets to get my shopping, and I am extremely grateful to one shopper who took her groceries to her car and then came back to help me with mine.

I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you

Woman at the self service check out is very rude. She could see I was waiting to get an item approved and she casually walked right past me. Utterly shocking yet not surprising behaviour from an incompetent worker like her.

E gift cards were down yesterday and the GSM of this store scored -20 for customer service and about -40 for Attitude.....told me.its not his problem it's mine.....left my kids with no school lunches as we only had the gift cards to pay with as we convert our shopping money monthly. GREAT STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HELPED OR TREATED LIKE A HUMAN X

Unfortunately I cant give less than 1 star! My delivery driver attempted to fuel the company van with a reputable fuel card, which has been accepted by other ASDA stores as well as ALL the other supermarkets/filling stations. However, on this occasion they refused to accept the fuel card, and when offered to make payment over the phone, this was also refused. as my driver was on a delivery and not local to the area, he requested the address so we could try and make arrangements to get another member of staff to get to the site to make payment, ASDA staff member refused to share those details and walked away from the situation. Thank you ASDA Oldbury for the 'unnecessary' delays you have caused today, will be sure not refuel at 'your' station again because we wouldn't want to inconvenience you.

Complete disgust after having to pay £8.50 for delivery, milk not delivered, 2 lots of beer overcharged and 1 substituted for far lesser product and still charged, also pate with 1 day left, explained I am housebound and my claim has been instantly declined due to not meeting their criteria? I am sure their criteria must involve delivering the products ordered and paid for, disgraceful service & customer service, its a shame aldi don't do home delivery as they would not stoop to such a level, me being £24.95 out of pocket, theives.

I have been using this Asda store at least once a week since it first opened,so,for many years. I continued to support this store during the pandemic, but now I am losing patience. I have put up with there being very, very few,if any at all,of the smaller trollies available, which were easier for us not so young people to control.I have put up with huge weekly price increases, for instance my brand of cat litter was,not so long ago, £5 for 5 litres,it changed overnight to £7 for the same quantity, and to my dismay, yesterday,Wednesday 11.1.2023 it was priced at £9.00 for the same quantity!!!! I left it and purchased it elsewhere later in the day for just £3.00 for the same quantity!!! The final straw was that there were just TWO TILLS OPEN with queues not just down the isles, but right the way down to the ends of the isles!!! I wanted to just leave my trolly and go elsewhere but was persuaded by my companion to use the self check outs, WE EVEN HAD TO QUEUE TO GET INTO THIS SECTION!!! Yesterday was by no means the first time I have experienced problems of late, mainly since the take-over. ASDA you risk losing a very long standing and loyal customer by your large price increases and complete lack of care and consideration for your customers,I strongly suspect I am not alone. In closing I would just say I have always found all the staff to be helpful, kind, and eager to help I believe these problems are not caused by the staff, but by decisions made by higher management, who,it seems to me,are trying to find ways to dispose of as many staff as possible. ASDA...SHAME ON YOU

24 Hour ASDA in Oldbury. Small rows inside, would be better if there were larger isles. Good amount of parking spaces.

Where is the stock guys?!?! Are u closing down? A poor performance yet again by this store. Nothing on the shelves that I wanted to buy and ended up having to buy alternatives. This is a poor show from what is suppose to be a SUPER Store. All offers were low or sold out.... Pathetic...
