   Google self service station is useful on a Sunday but the pump handles are covered in fuel and the asda rewards barcode scanner doesn't work on a single pump!! We tried every single one. The receipt doesn't have a number to claim your points later either... Very disappointed to have the scanner for points on display, ,but not working... Tesco, sainsburys and Morrisons all have this feature and it is working 24/7

   Worse asda they dont sell what the other asdas sell. They cater for the area. Theirs a young girl that is on the self check out tills rascist but she dont use words. She ignores and acts like she cant see you. Even when its empty. Ive notice her do it with anyone of colour yes she is Caucasian and will go to every Caucasian customer first and leave anyone of colour just waiting until other staff step in and deal with them. Asda use to be so good now they have other supermarkets like sainsburys, morrisons, aldi etc out doing them by miles. Staff should be held accountable for how they treat customers.

   The store is nice, large, and well kept, but I had a disappointing experience in the clothes area. The school uniform I wanted wasn’t available, and many hangers had the wrong sizes, which wasted a lot of time. On top of that, some other products I expected weren’t on the shelves. Good store overall, but clothing organization and stock could definitely improve.

   Asda Barnes Hill Superstore is a large shop. Good selection of products. Prices are affordable. There are many departments: groceries, clothes, household goods. You can always find promotions. The staff are friendly. Ready to help. The cash registers work quickly. The car park is large. There is enough space for everyone. Convenient to get to. The shop is clean. They keep order. It's nice to be in. Not always have all the goods. Sometimes the shelves are empty. It's frustrating. In general, the shop is good. I recommend it for shopping. Convenient and fast.

   Today was good and managed to pick up some reduced produce including 10p bread and 50p salad boxes! The milk is a whopping 1.90 though so I go elsewhere for the milk but overall Asda is a convenient shopping option for middle of the range food and products.

   It’s a well stocked store. I’m feeling comfortable to shop around. It helps me a lot in case of emergency, in terms of clothing and cosmetics… A big carpark up by the entrance and the underground one. Lift and escalator available. The Asda rewards app is just great. It does have a cafe but the cafe can be more clean. Staff are friendly most of the times. The fridge discount section can be more organised and can have better prices.

   Shelves are not very full and had limited stock when we shopped here. Other customers can be rude especially if you stop to look at items on the shelves. I have definitely been to better Asda's and i will not be returning in a hurry.

   Yes this discount section is full, because, well, there are only pennies off, and doesn't really constitute a discount at all. This has to be the most ungenerous store in the UK. If you love a bargain, don't come here to the Barnes Hill Asda!
