Really gutted there are no longer any changing rooms I feel this can be quite frustrating. Homeware and clothing section is very nice usually well stocked and presentable. Find the food aisles a little confusing at times, aisles not being labelled properly. Staff are often friendly. Queues at the self service checkout can be long. Overall a nice Asda but please bring back some changing rooms.

Utterly dismal experience. I went to collect an order - machine had stopped working, staff don't have access to parcels - I was told this happens frequently, and had already happened several times that day! Surely there must be a better way of doing things? I had made a special journey to this branch but I will not be returning. Fobbed off when I telephoned George customer services - very disappointed.

Again after purchasing my lotto tickets one of my tickets was not handed to me only found out when I got home.Yes I should of checked but this has happened twice now. Making me suspicious Lesson learned so I will go to my less crowded corner shop in future which is en route to another different supermarket chain.

Today this evening i went to return my daughter top for sport day. The lady in george asda cigarette counter, made me wait for 10 minutes for no good reason other than stating that shes doing her returns when officially she could of serviced me then continued. I asked her if i can go and pay somewhere else like another til and she said "no just here" She could also hear that my daughter was asking for the toilet yet she took her time to service me. I was the only customer there. Very poor costumer services.

Been a customer for decades, amazing shop and very good customer service, also a nice halal selection now. However, they don’t usually stock a lot of “on-trend” items and are often quite late to stock trendy stuff. They also have tons of self service checkouts now so take that as you will.

Usually come here to do my shop. There is more variety avaliable. There is one particularly rude member of staff that works on the self service tills regularly, will look for name tag next time. Has obviously dyed blonde curly hair about 40s to 50s. Had a terrible experience here last year, I was made to produce receipts for a toy that this store did not even sell, which was in a bag under my pushchair. I let it go on this occasion, as its understandable people have a job to do. However, this member of staff is always eyeballing me and I spend about 120 pounds a time at this store every two weeks. It's very weird, I don't actually understand what this member of staffs issue is. On the other hand there is a very friendly gentleman he is a tall man and he's always polite and helpful. This is one of the reasons I actually come back and shop here.

Scruffy store, got as far as the bread and cakes aisles and gave up. Loads of empty shelves, fruit and veg was a mess with green and black baskets empty and turned over, bread almost non-existent, cakes very poor, evidently there is no facing up done here. Had enough by the time I got to the Mr Kipling cakes and saw £2.75 for French Fancies, I just thought cba and went elsewhere

Very rude staff, would rate as a zero if we could. Popped in for a couple of bits early yesterday morning. We were going to return later to get our full Christmas shop but because of the rudeness that we experienced we decided that this would be our last visit and we went elsewhere.

Dear Asda Today I was abused by one of you delivery drivers. She had blocked a junction on Cole street, netherton in the DY2 area and when I asked her to move forward she told me to F off and stuck her fingers up at me. This happens at around 17:10 today 30/1120. This is not very professional or courteous of your driver and would it have happened to a more aggressive person could have resulted in her potentially getting assaulted. This does reflect on you very well and I’m sure you will be able to determine who was driving this particular van. The beginning of the registration is YF70 I didn’t catch the rest of it. The driver was a white female who looked I her late 50s wearing glasses. Perhaps a word with her might be beneficial to her to help her adjust her attitude…
