The staff are lovely and knowledgeable, always happy to give good honest advice when you need it. Not the cheapest but they have decent offers and everything you need to give your pets the things they need to keep them happy healthy and of course just a little bit spoiled.”

“My first time in this pharmacy and I have nothing but good words to say. It started with a call to see if they had an item in stock that my chemist couldn't get. They did and when I arrived the staff were all very friendly and polite. I waited no more than 5mins for my prescription and before I left, was offered a to take my blood pressure. The pharmacist took time to welcome me and was a lovely man. There was another customer in the shop who couldn't thank him enough for her service. Will definitely use again”

He is so knowledgable and produces his own herbal blends which can help with many issues. My very anxious and fussy collie is on the Focus Blend and has recently moved onto Akela raw food and the complete food, on Matt's advice, which she loves, licks her bowl clean every time now. Job done, thank you Matt :)”

“What can i say - I wish there was a 10 Star available - Visited 2 weeks ago in immense pain due to ear and throat infection. Had previously visited 2 woeful pharmacists in Brierley hill (See my reviews) needed angels from heaven to come down and rescue me - And 3 of them work at McCardle's! Forgotten the names (sorry!), but between them and the pharmacist they could not help me enough, procedures had to be followed which i fully understand but after 15mins i had been prescribed antibiotics. After a couple of days i was feeling much better and able to attend my daughter's graduation! - MANY MANY MANY THANKS!”
