He is so knowledgable and produces his own herbal blends which can help with many issues. My very anxious and fussy collie is on the Focus Blend and has recently moved onto Akela raw food and the complete food, on Matt's advice, which she loves, licks her bowl clean every time now. “I don't know why people rate them low, I have being in different surgeries for the last 12 years and I have never felt more human and being treated with dignity more then I did at this surgery. I always go back to them even when I moved to an area which they don't cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online. Maybe you had bad experience but I believe if you give them a chance and be kind they would go the Extra mile for you. Trust me all it takes is an act of kindness and respect.”
