   Booked an appointment over a week in advance for a contraceptive consultation. Arrived bang on time and was abruptly told the pharmacists were busy, and it would be a 15 minute wait. After 30 minutes of waiting I spoke to a different assistant who stated they did not have a pharmacist available to conduct the necessary checks and prescribe contraception. Really poor service, I don't understand why my appointment wasn't cancelled in advance if there was no pharmacist able to complete the appointment? Went to Boots on Merry Hill instead and was seen immediately and prescribed within 10 minutes. Would not recommend.

   Called and spoke to Tian at this pharmacy after speaking to 111 and 2 other pharmacy’s. Tian was really helpful and went out of her way to get my prescriptions sorted. Credit to the company!

   Ordered supplies and medication for gestational diabetes 2 weeks ago. Been in 3 times since to pick these up to be told that they hadn’t ordered them yet. They’ve now told me that they can’t get them and to ‘try somewhere else’. So I’m now stuck all weekend until Monday without what I need to ensure my bloods are managed.

   Just went to get a private prescription filled at the pharmacy today March 15th at 6:10pm and the female worker told me the pharmacist is going on his break so he cannot do it these people who do they think they are i have to come back or wait 45 mins until he is finished his break and they consider themselves key workers and people helping people with medication he is asian and im mixed raced how long does it take to refill the prescription he looked at me and decided not to help me …. the shut the lights off and walked off im shocked tesco is a disgrace for employing such a nasty inconsiderate human being he should be working in a zoo

   Very poor service, I will be switching to a different pharmacy. After waiting over 20 minutes in the queue, my electronic prescription was sent here Monday, it is now Wednesday and they still don’t have my medication available! When I challenged them the response I got was “we’re busy, I will order it today so you will have to come back tomorrow” That’s ok that you’re busy, but now I have to be in discomfort for another 24hrs. It clearly isn’t run properly and the staff are not competent. To top things off, one of the medication that I required was not a prescription only medication (POM) to buy this over the counter would have cost me £3.29. Other pharmacies would have pointed this out! This pharmacy didn’t say anything and I ended up paying the £9.35 prescription fee!!

   It's OK does what it needs to do. Sometimes seems as though staff are standing around doing nothing whilst there is a queue stretching down the store. No matter when a prescription is sent over it's never ready. I went to pick a repeat prescription up 3 days after it was sent over by the doctor and still had to wait over 40 mo uses because it hadn't been prepared
