   Excellent service from Dixons Green Pharmacy. They delivered my items on the same day, which was a huge help, especially with an emergency prescription. I’ve been using them for a while now and they’ve always been reliable, professional, and efficient. They are definitely my go-to pharmacy and I highly recommend them. Waseem is very knowledgeable and provided great service.

   Wow, what a difference a week makes. Last Monday I visited the pharmacy and saw a clinician, I was prescribed painkillers and the prescription was delivered the same evening. Not feeling any better by Friday I had a face to face with one of the GPS at my surgery, sciatica was diagnosed and stronger painkillers prescribed. The prescription was sent to Dixons Green and I was told they would be delivered that evening. They weren't. So yesterday I telephoned and spoke to a particularly obnoxious young man, he said my prescription would be delivered yesterday (Monday), when I asked why it hadn't been delivered on Friday I was told they had been very busy, well thank god it was chemotherapy drugs I was waiting for. He then asked if I was entitled to free prescriptions, I said no but that I have a pre payment certificate, he asked when it expires, I told him and he then said "well if you haven't got the certificate it's fraud and you will be fined" . I said well I'm sure your checks will show that I have the certificate. He then asked me for the certificate number, well who knows that off the top of their heads? So the prescription didn't come again, so I'm in pain keep ringing through to the pharmacy but no answer these stronger pain killers we're prescribed on Friday it's now Tuesday and I'm still in as much pain, so thank you Dixon Green pharmacy for your so caring, professional, can do attitude and for extending the suffering of one of your patients. Really good show, 0/100

   Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. I'm diabetic on alot of medication, this pharmacy has never let me down in 5 years and always go above and beyond to help me if things need sorting or meds change or dosages even. I highly rate the staff there friendly helpfully and very knowledgeable. Thankyou to all at Dixon green pharmacy for your continued support with my diabetes. W,pearson.

   What can say, changed chemist 2.30pm, phoned at 4pm to say they had my prescription. Meds delivered by 7pm. I would have been lucky to get it within three days at my previous chemist. Absolutely amazed and very pleased.
