They are always happy to help and advise if you need it.. the range of products available here is of a personal touch rather than corporate but I like that. They seem to appeal to customers pockets rather than what they can get out of people.”

I would like to shout out Dr Chelsey - one of their vets who was amazing with my dog and made him feel super comfortable during his check up and vaccinations which we’ve never had before. “All staff members were helpful, kind and polite. These members of staff in particular went out of there way. There names are Darrell, Abbey, Lency, Lauren, Tina, Paula and Gail. We were made welcome and comfortable in our stay at the hotel.”

“Wowwwwww and wowwwwwww staff super friendly. Couldn't do anymore for me and the wife. Made us feel very welcome. From start to finish. We was going to eat out but decided to stay in and eat at the restaraunt and was glad amazing top quality food. Only complaint was hotel was very noisy but they did have 2 big venues on that didn't get finished till gone 4am so was kept awake a bit. Apart from that amazing views . Would stay again and reccomend .”

“Very clean and comfort room. Easy access to local attractions including dudley zoo and castle and the black country living museum both in minutes walking distance. The breakfast was lovely and had a great selection and the staff were very Friendly”

“If you need help and advice about anything to do with your dog/cats health, especially diet, then come along and have a chat with Matt. He is so knowledgable and produces his own herbal blends which can help with many issues. My very anxious and fussy collie is on the Focus Blend and has recently moved onto Akela raw food and the complete food, on Matt's advice, which she loves, licks her bowl clean every time now. Job done, thank you Matt :)”

“Its a nice little shop where you can find basic romanian, latvian, lithuanian and polish groceries that you can't really find somewhere else. I come here with my friends often to buy food and the staff there are nice. The prices are affordable as well”

“Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“We are a big family and didn’t want to have room cars apart so they ensured we had interconnecting rooms, upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist jack was lovely he made conversation straight away and made us feel so welcome, he went above and beyond with things we needed help with such as the cot he never made it feel like any thing was a problem! The rooms were very clean and big. And our children were happy they could see the animals from the window. Staff and other guests were lovely at the bar too. You will be seeing us again very soon”
