Looked after my pet and arranged an emergency appointment when my pet was injured. Staff are welcoming, friendly and caring. Offering a hug and tissues when I was upset.
Zero stars if i could. Absolutely disgusted. I explained the situation with my dying cat. Asked for euthinization. Told me no unless I paid even though I promised payment the next day and even said send me a bill. My cat died in pain the same night instead of being put to sleep peacefully.
Always friendly, always helpful. Staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Good parking directly outside. Reception is clean and has separated areas for cats etc
Took my ferret in, they were really kind and I felt they really cared about her. The facility was pleasant with free parking right outside. These vets neutered my 2 ferrets years ago without issue. They came home as if nothing had happened lol.
The staff are all lovely and clearly care about the animals. Jo Day is an excellent vet I have been with her years from a previous practice and I literally trust her with my dog’s life.

Dudley went above and beyond for my little George. He become unwell quite quickly and Dudley vets4pets didn't have any appointments available but agreed to see George as we were so worried about him, they were all super friendly and looked after George like their own, he loved his short stays. Can't thank you guys enough for doing what you did for him
Can’t thank this surgery enough for saving my dogs life. Very thorough with aftercare checks, wide spread antibiotics to treat every possibility and making time to see her daily for a check up. A special thank you to Joanne and Vanessa for the patience and kindness they showed to myself as a first time dog owner and love/care they showed to Mollie whilst having treatment.
The practice have always been amazing with our Frenchie, providing wonderful care and attention; always going the extra mile.
