“I took our 12 year old Westie Bolly for a complete groom last week and was very impressed by the groomers and how great Bolly looks. She had a bad experience at her first ever groomers when they cut her hair very short and I suspect were not very good with her, since then I have groomed and cut her hair myself, but she had got very tangled and I just couldn't do it anymore. I emailed with my request expecting a couple of weeks wait and was amazed when offered an appointment the following day. I took the appointment and explained that Bolly was nervous and they were great. On the morning of the appointment I couldn't find the unit they work from and they came and found me. I was told she'd be a couple of hours so I settled in Costa at the Asda and waited. When I collected her, I couldn't believe how good she looked! It was worth every penny of the £40.00 I paid. She will be returning there in about 3 months for another haircut. Also they only accept cash payments as they have no card machine, but they tell you that in the text they send to collect your dog. Really, really impressed by their work and Bolly looks so much younger without her shaggy coat. Parking is great, they have a small car park directly outside the unit.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb hosted by Glorious BnB by Mrs Azeezat in Birmingham and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. She provided detailed instructions on how to check-in, I got an Uber and arrived to pick the Key and even offered recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. She is friendly and accommodating nature made me feel welcomed and at ease throughout my stay. The accommodations themselves were outstanding. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. My host had thoughtfully provided all the necessary amenities, including fresh linens, toiletries, and even a well-stocked kitchen with coffee and snacks. It was evident that they had put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, my host runs a restaurant : Glorious Catering and getting Nigerian food was not a problem for me as she went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always available to offer assistance or answer any questions I had about the area. They even took the time to personally welcome me upon arrival and provide a tour of the Airbnb, which added a personal touch to my experience. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly set them apart as an exceptional host. Overall, my stay at Glorious Airbnb was nothing short of excellent. Their exceptional communication, outstanding accommodations, and genuine hospitality made my trip truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend staying at their Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their exceptional hosting once again.”

“Visited on Saturday 18th October 25. Was assisted at the scan and go as we were having problems by assistant Angela Jones. She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. A credit to the company !”

“The regular staff are lovely and friendly, but sometimes have others from ither branches here and they ain't very nice atall. Other than that they are good at getting certain items I have done on the same day as they know I need it.”
