   Duggals has 2 chemists ive dealt with both, rude dismissive and pathologically dishonest Been in and out both regularly since i came out of hospital One blatantly lied about not recieving an electronic prescription from my doctor, and then lied about not have the stuff in stock ( they had some of the stuff which would have kept me going the rest i could afford to wait for And i noticed how their behaviour changes depending on the ethnicity of the customer ( i was picking up a prescription of antibiotics and morphine. I was stood for half an hour being ignored the man behind the counter came back 3 times to ask the name on the prescription and each time came back with someone elses, While an indian woman who came after me was served immediately

   Consistently poor service. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time and items are often missing. Staff are unhelpful and dismissive, with little consideration for people who cannot keep coming back due to work commitments. This level of service is unacceptable for a community pharmacy. AVOID

   The Worst Chemist Experience Ever – A Place That Plays With People’s Time and Health I’ve never encountered a more frustrating, disorganized, and discriminatory chemist in my life. This place is a complete mess and needs serious oversight. Every time my doctor sends an electronic prescription, this chemist claims they haven’t received it—even when they clearly have. It feels like a game they play to push people back to their GP, wasting valuable time and creating unnecessary stress. I've had GPs confirm that prescriptions were sent in the morning, but when I arrive at the chemist later that day, I'm told there’s nothing there—until suddenly, as if by magic, they "find it" or it suddenly "prints." Only two older white ladies at the counter seem to genuinely care and try to resolve problems. They are the only helpful people in that place. In contrast, there's a younger Asian woman at the counter who looks completely confused and unsure of what she's doing. She doesn’t help, and honestly, she seems out of place in a role that requires customer service and attention to detail. What's worse is the obvious difference in how staff treat people. I’ve noticed—and others have commented on this too—that when an Asian customer walks in, the staff suddenly become friendly, efficient, and fast. It’s hard not to feel like there's unfair treatment happening here. Even repeat prescriptions are a nightmare. You ask them several times to order your medication in advance, only to be told—on the day you come to collect it—that nothing was ordered and now you have to wait another few days. It's unacceptable. This chemist is the worst of the worst. They play with people’s health and time. Avoid it if you can.

   The regular staff are lovely and friendly, but sometimes have others from ither branches here and they ain't very nice atall. Other than that they are good at getting certain items I have done on the same day as they know I need it.

   Worst chemist in uk. They always never deliver on time . Mums been missing her medipaks once a month .they deliver a day or two late..so if u NEED medication don't fo there

   Waiting more then one week for medication and still not done! Everybody just promising you and nothing happen. Worse staff I never meet.

   The staff here one are rude 2 never answer their phone and always looking down at people I was in there myself when they posted someone call on mute and left it there and this happens all the time, when u call them call goes through then next 3 hours it’s busy like how is no one saying or doing anything about it
