   The bed was clean and fresh towel. They promptly answered the door once calling them on arrival and the lady showed me around and was very polite. However, Room was not clean, there was dirt by the tap and the desk had liquid stains that hadn't been wiped. The side table also had crumbs and dirt on too. Booking said toiletries came with it but it did not, no tea/coffee satches or anything. There was also a crack in bottom of shower which meant the water leaked onto the floor. I was also awoken multiple times by people going in and out slamming.doors all night which meant I kept waking and did not sleep well. Someone upstairs was stamping their foot but I didn't contact owner and it did stop.

   I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb hosted by Glorious BnB by Mrs Azeezat in Birmingham and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I booked the reservation until the end of my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic time. First and foremost, the communication with her was exceptional. She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had before and during my stay. She provided detailed instructions on how to check-in, I got an Uber and arrived to pick the Key and even offered recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. She is friendly and accommodating nature made me feel welcomed and at ease throughout my stay. The accommodations themselves were outstanding. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. My host had thoughtfully provided all the necessary amenities, including fresh linens, toiletries, and even a well-stocked kitchen with coffee and snacks. It was evident that they had put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, my host runs a restaurant : Glorious Catering and getting Nigerian food was not a problem for me as she went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always available to offer assistance or answer any questions I had about the area. They even took the time to personally welcome me upon arrival and provide a tour of the Airbnb, which added a personal touch to my experience. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly set them apart as an exceptional host. Overall, my stay at Glorious Airbnb was nothing short of excellent. Their exceptional communication, outstanding accommodations, and genuine hospitality made my trip truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend staying at their Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their exceptional hosting once again.

   Low standard of the property, no light in the bathroom, kettle in my room didnt work and the entrance like to the basement. Building is located close to busy road so for people who like sleep not reco. Contact with landlord only by phone

   Building looked like it had closed down no lights outside to show it was habituated expected to find your way down a side alley, so called gate entrance that was no more than a piece corrugated sheeting lights that didn't come on straight away building works still under going pictures you see on website are from previous owners as no dining are like in pictures just a kitchen with kettle microwave etc more like a bedsit

   Booked to stay after a gig in Birmingham. Handy train commute in, station a ten minute walk away, nice quiet location. Uses a key safe to get in. I was sent the wrong code by Priceline, and no contact details, so couldn't stay at all. So had to drive back home at midnight... brilliant.

   I doubt if we would have gotten it better elsewhere to have stay for almost a month and feel at home, without stress. If you are looking for comfortability and really want to feel at home, Madam Azeezat is one of the best options for you. She is humbled and tolerant. My family enjoyed our one month stay in her apartment. A trial will convince you.
