I visited Jim Village Hotel restaurant last Saturday, and I absolutely loved it. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly and attentive. The music was wonderful and created a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The place itself is beautifully designed, with very comfortable seating and a lovely overall ambience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. I was truly impressed and delighted with everything. Everything was perfect, and I had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

We stayed here with my wife and honestly loved it. The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of, which made our stay really relaxing. Plus, Dudley Zoo is just nearby, so it’s a great spot if you’re planning a little trip there. Overall, a lovely hotel — we’d definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service from Harby I recently stayed at the Village Hotel in Dudley and received outstanding service from Harby. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a real difference to my stay. Harby went above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her work. She’s a real credit to the hotel, and her excellent service deserves recognition. Highly recommended — thank you, Harby!

Overall a good stay. I would recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a good size, just a little cold. The family changing rooms were decent. Note, you need a padlock for the lockers. The room was okay - the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but for 1 night was okay. The restaurant was quite impressive - large with good seating and TV's for watching sport (football was on) and it wasn't very busy when we were there. The waitress was very good with our order - making sure our order was correct. The food was a decent size portion and good quality - but it was expensive (all hotels are), we spent almost £100 for 4 of us. There are restaurants nearby (Nando's, Franky and Benny's. etc.). The car park was large and not even half full.

Warm and friendly welcome by Laura on the front desk. Food was fast and delivered direct to room. Room itself is spacious although lacking air conditioning which seemed surprising for the modern Village brand. Bathroom is large, clean and has bath and shower. Parking and pool gym were extra but easily added on during express check in. Five stars given thanks to Laura for helping us extend our stay at the last minute and for willingness to help us have an enjoyable stay.

Attended a wedding fayre here, car park was a little confusing but found it it’s 4 hours free parking, you enter the hotel with Starbucks on your right and the smell was lush, very inviting. The staff were friendly and for the wedding fayre it was so lovely, spoke to lots of lovely people who had stalls up and made everyone feel included with the bride to be getting so lovely freebies and info packages to take away. The gym and pool looks so fab, sadly can’t review it has never been but looks so wonderful.

Stayed here overnight after attending office Christmas party. Staff is very cooperative, they did last minute adjustments for me to accommodate my kids. Room was quiet spacious ,clean, warm and cosy. Nice, clean bathroom. Only thing that no exhaust fan in bathroom which makes it difficult (for me at least) to use bathroom after someone especially when there are no windows either. We had a good night sleep and also enjoyed the breakfast next morning.

Me and my friends went for a Sunday diner. Its been many years since my last visit. The standards have dropped significantly. We booked our table but the person behind the bar was too busy to seat us. So we just sat at a table suitable for our group. We went to the bar and ordered our food. It must of been the person at the bars first shift. They didn't know anything, they must of gone to the kitchen 5 times to check about a vegetarian diner. Because we all paid separately the meals didn't come out together. By the time I ordered my friend had there meal. But the rest of us had to wait for ours. When I got my meal it was nice, and the bar itself is nice with lots of TV's to watch sport. The village needs to support there staff, leaving someone inexperienced on there own isn't great for business.
