I enjoy it every time I come here (with my family) but it's not always very busy, staff are very friendly and they'll talk to anyone who comes here, great place for bands/gigs as well.

Friendly welcome on our first visit before a gig at Robin2, looks like a good music venue and could be good for a beer but sadly no real ale when we called in.

Really enjoy visiting this place. Generally quiet but very warm and cosy. Very friendly people who run it, they'll always have a good conversation with you as will the other regular patrons. Good beer and a great price. Typically enjoy a Friday or Saturday evening here. Music is on so there's a bit of atmosphere accompanied by multiple screens often playing the videos to the tracks. I've seen a few bands here too so there's a chance you could catch some live music (more commonly Saturday nights).
