   Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.

   Cant complain, modern hotel with gym, bar and buffet breakfast, I believe they also do evening meal. Room was spacious, big double bed, good power shower and it was clean an quite. Breakfast was hot and fresh, plenty of choice. My only 2 gripes would be not the best location as close to M5 and you can hear road noise and there is a real lack of staff, couldn't get a drink at bar and nobody at reception for a receipt. All that said I would stay here again.

   Good, clean hotel with a nicely decorated lobby and canteen area. Our room had everything we required for a night's stay, including an ironing board AND iron! (often it's one or the other with these budget city rooms). The view we had was exactly as expected - not much at all. But for a decent night's kip and convenience of parking, can't fault it.

   Genuinely nice people. Always happy to have a laugh and help you. Will add more when I get all of their names. Decor is in a really neat style. Vending machine is always fully stocked. I think the breakfast is cooked by house elves? Maybe why they need such a big gym? Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

   I recently stayed at this hotel and I just loved the service provided by the staff. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by the personnel at the reception and were given a quick overview of the room and the breakfast timing. We went with our 1 year old son who requires milk at sleep time and early morning and the staff was very helpful with this every time I visited the kitchen. The room was cleaned every day and was prepared like new every day.

   I loved staying here. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was extensive and generous. The room was quirky and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfy, with a memory foam topper. The shower room was 'compact', but the shower was brilliant. And, finally, there are bus stops within 2 and 5 mins walk that take you into Birmingham or Dudley. Would highly recommend. We had a great week here.
