Great chemist situated convieniently at around 4 doors up from netherton medical centre ( Anchor & Links medical practices) Staff are very friendley & Profesional and the resident pharmasist always goes out of his way to help customers in need, one of the reasons this is a 5 star chemists.
staff are lovely apart from one member of staff she is so rude and disrespectful Talks kinda rude to you looks at you like your rubbish She has no customer skills. Young Asian lady wearing a headscarf. the rest of the staff are nice and pharmacist always there to help with things and ask questions if need help and always get my medication in that's very important
Very helpful staff. Was able to get emergency meds when my doctor kept messing up sending my perscriptions.
Nearly all the members of staff are great and always very helpful, however recently one particular member of staff is not so. Whenever she serves me she is so rude and disrespectful. Today she grabbed the money out of my hand, no please or thank you. Obviously thinks she's above good manners and rates herself highly. She has no customer skills. Young Asian lady wearing a white headscarf. I've tried ringing but can't get through. Like I say though the rest of the staff are lovely.
What can I say? Absolutely amazing staff. Always there to help and try to make sure they get my son’s anti seizure meds. They go above and beyond expectation. Thank u all for what you do for my family.
Worst pharmacy terrible customer service. My husband can only take medication from one certain manufacture never had a problem where ever we've lived, joots have always ordered them for him. but they won't.
My husband and I had our Covid vaccines at Milan Chemist Netherton this weekend. The staff were lovely, very friendly and provided great customer care. Their handling of the Covid vaccines and appointments was super. Ibrahim, did a fantastic job, providing excellant care. He was very thorough, knowledgable and professional in his role as pharmacist and Covid vaccine provider. I can only say thankyou for such excellant service and care.
Horrible staff in a horrible chemist. Unhelpful and think too much of themselves therefore believe they can be unpleasant and rude to patients and customers alike. Get off what pedestal you think you're on and treat people the way you would like to be treated. If you're fed up of patients and doing what is in your job description then, maybe quit your job? Avoid if possible!
Great job! I had ordered my mum's meds at 11am from the surgery via Patient access ap. The pharmacy delivered same day at 5:30pm! Well done to all the staff!
Always helpful to me and my family. They can delivery the medication to your house if you are unable to pick it up. They are great especially during lockdown.
