I can not fault this pharmacy one bit, always friendly, always helpful, very fast in dealing with your prescriptions

Good luck finding a Pharmacy as quick at filling prescriptions as this one (and over the years I’ve used lots if pharmacies in the Black country). Always willing to help, always friendly and seemingly work non stop. This pharmacy has been a huge help to me personally.
Poor customer service
I ordered a prescription 25th February, I went to collect my medication 7th March at this pharmacy. I was the only person there being served and they took ages to look for my medication to then be told that they didn't have it. To have not ordered this medication when it was over a week since I ordered my prescription is absolutely inexcusable. Although I am registered at the GP practice where the pharmacy is also located, I have changed my nominated pharmacy to one that is far more reliable.
Were with this pharmacy for few months and I just transferred service because I'm highly disappointed. They won't order Your monthly repeat prescription automatically,You gotta beg them every time,they never pick up the phone so You must drag Your butt there.. Personal service in my experience was NOT friendly or respectful. I'd not recommend it.
Exelent service. And a big thank you to the lovley lady who brings my delivery. She always has a smile and takes time to ask how things are.
