   Absolutely terrible service never deliver when they are supposed to apparently you have to have 7 days notice!! Doctors say 2, never answer phone . Changing chemist always an excuse

   I've been having my perceptions go to dudleywood chemist for many year's now and would never change has the service is fantastic,If i ask for advice on anything they're happy to help,id like to say that paige is an asset to the chemist has she is so helpful, I can paige call to ask if the meds that I've ordered are there before I make the journey and my meds are always ready to collect ,I'd like to thank paige as nothing is to much for her to help me with and your very lucky to have such a lovely young lady as your employee.    Shocking service had my prescription sent there,went to fetch items ,first said hadn't hat it then said yes we have but cannot get tablets,they should have called to tell me,went down Saturday supposed to be open 9 till 12 not even open they're rubbish

   The optician here genuinely saved my life. Woke up blind in one eye one morning. He did eye tests n immediately urged me to go to hospital. Turned out i had a brain tumour. For this i am eternally grateful and my sight is coming back slowly since having surgery

   Very rude and unprofessional went in there today with covid symptoms charged for ibuprofen unbranded even though I’m entitled to them free on nhs which want a problem but asked for a covid test as I’m a Care assistant told me I need to pay yet gave my friend a free one previous day without a code and is not a key worker then didn’t offer any assistance vile dirty place staff always smoking at front go elsewhere if possible
