“I’m a hearing impaired person and suffer frequent pain from ear infections which are irritating to say the least… I found myself stuck without my medication over a weekend and Shaiyan (owner) came to my rescue, after an initial mix up with a less experienced member of his team. Shaiyan’s care, courtesy and knowledgeable practice was evident in him opening up on Sunday to provide me with the necessary support. Calling 111 and asking the local clinic led me in a circle of frustration, but Shaiyan’s service was outstanding. I cannot recommend his Pharmacies highly enough - professional, helpful and highly personalised care - I’m certain the same high standards apply at his other business in Bingley, … it may be a little bit more of a walk, but I shall always continue to support this local village high street service!”

“I've read the reviews about this Veterinary practice and I personally have nothing but praise for our Cleckheaton branch. Our little dog Odie was diagnosed with diabetes 19 months ago and with the vets and all staff (especially Stacey) Odie was happy and comfortable until the end. I can't praise the vet at Morley (Hazal) enough, she was so good with Odie at the end, she had tears in her eyes and the 2 nurses who put Odie's canula in where so kind, they spoke gently to Odie all the time. They couldn't do enough and where so caring and sympathetic and nothing was rushed, we where allowed as much time as we needed. When we went to collect Odie's ashes, the presentation was so thoughtful and again Stacey was kind and gentle, allowing us the time we needed to enable us to take him home. A big thank you from our hearts to all the staff involved in Odie's care from him being a puppy until his peaceful sleep.”

“The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service.
