I was greeted with a friendly smile; made to feel comfortable whilst waiting for my turn; met a friend and caught up with her news; the medical pharmacist attended to me in super quick time and I felt no jabs going into my arm. “I’m a hearing impaired person and suffer frequent pain from ear infections which are irritating to say the least… I found myself stuck without my medication over a weekend and Shaiyan (owner) came to my rescue, after an initial mix up with a less experienced member of his team. Shaiyan’s care, courtesy and knowledgeable practice was evident in him opening up on Sunday to provide me with the necessary support. Calling 111 and asking the local clinic led me in a circle of frustration, but Shaiyan’s service was outstanding. I cannot recommend his Pharmacies highly enough - professional, helpful and highly personalised care - I’m certain the same high standards apply at his other business in Bingley, … it may be a little bit more of a walk, but I shall always continue to support this local village high street service!”

The staff there were amazing, they gave them lots of attention, as well as keeping me regularly updated on how they were and what they were doing treatment wise. “The RSPCA Halifax was really helpful and understanding about the dog we had chosen. The staff helped us chose the correct training leads and the harness for her. They explained to us how to look after her feeding pattern as she was underweight. Also if we had any problems they offered afrercare all we had to do was ring them up. Most professional. “Been going to this pharmacy for 20 years now and have always had brilliant service. Having four type one diabetic children I'm in there often. The staff are always friendly and chat to you whilst doing your medication and are lovely with any kids I bring in with me. Also extremely helpful if you go in for any other reason such as toothache, migraine ect. Can be very busy at times but they never stop working, and get everyones prescriptions to them as quick as possible!!!!”

“Pharmacist and staff are great. They have been exceptionally helpful in dealing with aged,demented and infirm parents. They have gone to chase issues with the flakey GP practice next door. (Yes, they are not affiliated in any way) I am very disappointed to discover that they no longer offer a delivery service!!! What happens to all your customers who relied upon that essential service. Pharmacies are not merely about profit, they are an essential service to the community. You will lose customers...”

“What a fabulous pharmacy this is, just visited gasping to breathe, asking if they could sell me an inhaler, to ease my breathing difficulty, explained my usual medication gp, and presenting I'D, pharmacist could see I was having difficulty getting my breath, and without any fuss, or usual red tape sold me my medication, what a life saver, half an hour later I'm breathing again, and quality of life restored!!!!
