   Sitting in Boots today waiting to see the Pharmacist for 30 minutes. No name taken by staff just asked to stand in area of store and wait. No updates on where I was in the queue and no apology for my wait. I gave up as no one seems to be seen by Pharmacist. One bloke even had an appointment and is still waiting around. Boots need to sort out this mess

   I had a great experience at the Boots store bishop strotford ,thanks to one of the staff members,called Marcus He was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I needed, offered great recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such kind and patient service these days—he really made my visit stress-free and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent customer care!

   I think the most incompetent and unaware salespeople have gathered at this Boots branch. They deceive customers. This was the second experience for me and my friend because we didn’t have much knowledge about skincare products, and their incorrect guidance led us to make a mistake. When we brought the products back for exchange, instead of refunding the difference in price, they charged us £30 more. Even though the previous products we brought for exchange were more expensive than the current ones, no matter how much we tried to explain, it felt like they had hired the least educated people in all of England. This isn’t the first time their salespeople have misled customers, likely because they don’t want to deal with the hassle.

   Very Bad Very Bad I ordered an item overpriced but it had a "free gift". We all know there is no such thing as a free gift. Boots despatched my order and THEN notified me that the "free gift" was unavailable. I then found the same item £12 less. I wrote to Boots and said I either want a full refund or the difference reimbursed . They declined and instructed me that I either take to a branch or the post office. Both these will incur my time , cost and parking. Boots should have notified me that they could not honour my order. I have not got to rush to a branch on way to airport to return and I have ordered at Lookfantastic for £12 less and a "free gift"

   I always found this place very slow especially when it comes to prescription medicines. The latest is that I had a prescription that was sent from the surgery on 24/10 and there is no further updates until today (29/10). Desperately I went to check and with all the waiting, it was not ready (I expected that). The person at the pharmacy told me it will take 15 mts and I waited there. 15 mts, 20 mts no response. I just returned empty handed. This happened to me before as well. They dont do your prescriptions until you arrive at the till. Then it's a wait for minimum 15 mts if you are lucky.

   Visited, yesterday. A man was stood, near the pharmacy, said asked if he could help. I explained what medication I was looking for, at which point, he just turned away and waved vaguely in the direction of a female colleague. He said "ask her". I did ask and the last was very helpful but, on the way out,I realised the man was a security guard! Why is this man standing at the pharmacy asking if he can help you? That is very worrying!

   Got the chemist and they were shut! the sales assistant was waliting for the pharmasist, when it did evenutally open my perscription had been sent to a different chemist even though I'd asked it ti be sent to this one, good thing they are closing for good.
