   Wouldnt even give it one star! Don’t even know where to start with this review. The owner of this pharmacy should not be allowed to work with the general public. Small man syndrome is the only way to explain it. My mother is the most kindest woman who will go out of her way for others and one of the people she will always help is me. I struggle with mental health which this manager should know by what the prescription is and my mum picks my medication up weekly from the pharmacy for me. Tomorrow she is moving house so went to pick the meds up a day early which she rung the doctor who advised this was okay. This rude arrogant manager appears to enjoy making other people feel inferior to him. He was rude he kept interrupting my mum when she was trying to explain her circumstances. The manager did not listen and was not interested in doing so, he raised his voice lying saying he doesn't have my prescription from the gp yet he did which was confirmed by the doctors. He then held the prescription up to my mums face and raised his voice and said ‘do you not understand whats on this prescription’ trying to belittle her in-front of other staff and other customers. I am absolutely disgusted in this behaviour from someone who is meant to be on the side of helping people get better he is honestly the rudest man and from other reviews I'm not the first person to experience this. Anyway an official complaint will be going through the right channels. He thinks he has the power to speak and treat how he wants. He told my mum to take her prescription elsewhere and i have been going to that pharmacy 20 plus years. I am truly disgusted

   The Owner is rude! Obviously has unresolved issues. You only have to read the comments he posts back to get the fullness of his extremely poor attitude towards patients and general public. Disgraceful.

   Would highly recommend here. I’ve been doing my weight loss journey through them with mounjaro and it’s been the easiest best thing I did. Great advice all the time. Regular contact if needed for any queries. Lost 30kg so far doing safely and healthy with there expert knowledge. Also very quick efficient for regular pharmacy use too. Best pharmacy and weight loss clinic in Halifax.

   Once again didn't have the antibiotics that the doctor had prescribed told you'll have to go somewhere else for it even though she could see I wasn't well VERY rude NO people skills absolutely no clue about customer service .. she needs to be learnt that manners are free and should use them when talking to customers ..Will be going elsewhere for my medication from now on shame because it used to be a good chemist with friendly staff but standards have clearly dropped if I could of given half a star I would of

   Not good, I'd say its standards have dropped significantly and I've decided to have future prescriptions sent to an alternative pharmacy after more than 20 years as a customer.

   Despite being prescribed 1 qty of a DOUBLE pack medication, dispenser decided to split the pack and give me 1 qty because it said 1 qty on the prescription. Took some explaining to her that 1 qty of a double pack means i should get whatever is in the pack. Lack of common sense and no shortage of attitude. In the end she agreed to give what was on the prescription but not without telling me the prescription was wrong. So either the prescription is wrong or i have been given otherwise in accordance with the prescription.
