Excellent service !My 2yr old daughter currently suffering with chicken pox and unfortunately we ran out of calamine lotion and there was significant shortage everywhere. Thank fully Horne street had some in stock and the lovely lady called Paula kept it aside for me to pick up ,she was professional and tried to give us some tips in helping deal with her rash!! Thank you again
Very poor customer service by certain individuals I've currently had a bout of covid after doing 2 negative test results government guidance says that's perfectly acceptable to enter any premises so this morning I went for meds and told you outside your not allowed in because you ain't vaccinated so I was made to stay outside like a dog even after telling staff I've had 2 consecutive days negative and I would do another one for them also I'm wearing a mask and still I was treat like a dog I will be changing chemists now and would advise people to go to another chemists they claim to have helped me through issuing my meds to another person like it's not their job anyway what do you want a blue Peter badge wow very rude made my life harder not easier bad chemists (certain individuals) mainly female staff just been made to feel like I'm a monster not good or nice especially when I suffer with mental health conditions I would avoid this dump at all costs if you want rude and aggressive customer service

Avoid this Pharmacy! The woman at this pharmacy could not be more rude if she tried. I visited the place for the first time ever to assist a man who couldn't speak much English to enquire about a wrong prescription he collected - only to be quite loudly told she wouldn't take it back and would bin it if I gave it her. Which isn't a problem at all - all I wanted to know was what he should do. I thanked her and walked out calmly. Oh well, at least I know not to come here for myself or recommend friends or family. :/
