Has tablets to search for items, this tells you if its in stock, if its in stock nearby or lets you have it delivered to this store later in the day or next day. You order your item and then pick a codeword to give to cashier so they can get your order up. Also has paper catalouges, pencils and order pads. Surprised at how much stock they had. Well laid out. Fully flat and wheelchair accessible. Fast and friendly staff. The best Argos have been in.”

“Dawn is so helpful. My children wanted blankets for their dolls they received at Christmas. She helped them choose a blanket and embodied the dolls name on the blankets. Her stock is of great quality and reasonably priced. Thanks the girls were delighted with the blankets.”

“Bought 2 items for my wife couple of days before Christmas & unfortunately got wrong size, when I bought them ( paid cash ) the shop assistant said I would receive a e Mail receipt which I never got & didn’t get a till receipt. Went through customer service On Line & within 24 hrs & giving them some information was told to take them back and I would receive a refund or gift card Went to the shop yesterday & all I had to show was the e Mail & was given a gift card with the amount on. Absolutely 1st class from customer service & the shop assistant”

“A big Matalan by Northern standards with a large assortment of clothes, even some over-sized clothes on offer. We went shopping for undies, hankies and socks here and were very happy with what we got. I can't understand the other reviewers' problems, the staff were lovely and very helpful.”
