Was very helpful in giving us a checklist, and also showed our daughter the correct way (in order) to put on a rucksack and fasten the straps. “Bought 2 items for my wife couple of days before Christmas & unfortunately got wrong size, when I bought them ( paid cash ) the shop assistant said I would receive a e Mail receipt which I never got & didn’t get a till receipt. Went through customer service On Line & within 24 hrs & giving them some information was told to take them back and I would receive a refund or gift card Went to the shop yesterday & all I had to show was the e Mail & was given a gift card with the amount on. Absolutely 1st class from customer service & the shop assistant”
