    Called in today (29th July) just after 5pm. On the ground floor I found some footwear that I wanted, but didn’t want to tackle the stairs to look for a matching bag (hip and knee issues). A lovely assistant whose name I unfortunately didn’t get went upstairs for me and came down with the perfect bag to go with my sliders. Thank you for your great customer service.

    Don't go if you are physically disabled. You'll be told you can't shop upstairs, as there's no provision to get people like us upstairs.

    Came in on Saturday to return a Klarna online order and was served by Rebecca. She was just lovely. Told me about being able to use Klarna in store now - which I hadn't realised. I then had a look round and ended up getting more clothes. Rebecca served me again and I took a petite skirt with me to the til to ask whether it could be ordered in the non petite version. Rebecca said it could be and explained different delivery options to me. When I told her I was going away on Tuesday, she suggested next day delivery - which I hadn't realised was possible. As well as being informative, Rebecca had a really friendly, open manner and we had a nice chat at the til. Thank you for a really good shopping experience.

    Think her name was Rebecca or Becky! (you'll know who you are if you are reading this) I only asked her for some advice on an outfit that wasn't going to break the bank but also fit in with my minimalistic wardrobe and she fully went above and beyond! She was non stop running around finding my different tops, pants, shoes and bags and kept checking every single outfit in the changing room! We decided on the most amazing outfit and I honestly couldn't be more thankful! 100% give this woman a pay rise! A* customer service and really deserves recognition! If I could rate higher I would! x

    I went into new look on Thursday looking for a dress for my mums funeral after not receiving my dress online from another store, the lady I spoke to, I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely lovely she took me round the store looking for dresses and after about 30 mins I found a dress I don’t wear dresses so I was way out of my comfort zone trying to find one and she made the experience so much better given the bad situation, so I’d like to give them 5* from myself absolutely fab customer service and lots of lovely dresses / clothes to choose from I will definitely be going back again for my summer wardrobe. X

    Staff always ready to help when you find them! Then they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I prefer to shop in the Bradford one in kirgate market because the lights are bright not like some others which are really dark.
