What really stands out is the exceptional customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (special shout-out to Steve and Jake, whose names appear often in praise!). They go the extra mile to assist with product selection and sizing. It's a convenient location for picking up essentials, and you can easily order from their entire range for collection in-store. Plus, it's worth getting the membership card for instant discounts! Highly recommended for all your outdoor needs.

   Great experience, from the young lady, whom after notifying her that our daughter was doing the Duke of E awards. Was very helpful in giving us a checklist, and also showed our daughter the correct way (in order) to put on a rucksack and fasten the straps. Couldn't have asked for more .Having consistently gone to the pudsey branch we were more than sure from past experiences that we would not have received the same customer service, Asset to the company, Thank-you.. 12 /5 24
