Just trying to return something that I’d been given despite it having been cancelled and refunded on my account. Met with an incredibly snotty attitude by the staff. I’ll just keep the extra items you’ve erroneously given me next time shall I?!
Giving NEXT Halifax five stars as although it's fairly pricey the clothes are decent quality and, as a company, they do what they say they will - deliveries are consistently on time, collection is straight forward, returns are easy, the staff are competent and polite. Maureen, mentioned in other reviews, gave me some sound advice on an outfit for a funeral. Thanks Maureen!
Went Halifax store at 3pm on 24th December and keeping in mind store doesn't close until 6pm. 80% off the store was closed off as they were preparing for sale. Was no point even staying open for customers. Could barely shop. Staff told us to describe what we were looking for and they would go and look. Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible experience.
Amazing staff - though I had to visit 3 times to get issues sorted, the staff were super-helpful. One even went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.
i buy all my clothes from here - good quality at a decent price and helpful staff .i bought a pair of Next joggers from here 15 years ago and ( apart from the odd paint splash ) they are still as good as new- I always look forward to the next sale it's better than Christmas
