   Great service couldn’t be more helpful New team as some previous have left but like any change give them time to adjust Take responsibility to order your owns in plenty time having said this they have never left us without medication They do repeat perception minor ailments flu jabs great advice on the doorstep great service definitely a 5 star from me

   The standard of the pharmacy has gone to rock bottom due to the key members of staff leaving-or being pushed to leave. After 2 months of people mumbling down the phone and not really giving a stuff I changed to the pharmacy next to beechwood drs. This pharmacy needs shutting permanently and all the staff re-trained in basic customer service

   This used to be an excellent pharmacy with staff that couldn't do enough for you, sadly that has changed. I have had no other choice than to change my pharmacy due to new procedures where it appears it is too much effort for them to prepare your repeat prescription until you challenge them. I would avoid at all cost.
