   Convenience of staff above needs of customers. No weekend collection available. Difficult to access for working families. The pharmacy doesn’t take part in schemes that help community. close door before closing time even when customers visible to staff.

   * This is regarding the staff at Hipperholme medichem * The female staff here are by far the most useless rude people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The older woman in particular has a horrendous attitude but the two younger girls are just as bad. Never had a problem with the gentleman who I believe is the manager. They cannot deal with humans. So so rude and unfriendly. Will be seeking a new chemist immediately for me and my family

   Visit 1 Rude female counter person with double standards that beggar belief! Watched as she served 'a friend' with 4 boxes of Ibuprofen, only to be told (as the next customer) that I was only allowed 2 boxes. When I challenged her, she said nothing - just looked at me arrogantly and gave me 2 boxes. Visit 2 Same rude female counter person tells me on entry, only one person allowed in the pharmacy. I didn't have a problem with that, even though it was freezing outside. What I did have a problem with however, was that she wasn't serving a customer, she was chatting to another 'friend', keeping me waiting outside! #ignorant #arrogant #unfriendly Tesco Pharmacy on the other hand know the value of customer service and treat all customers (from what I've seen) with respect and empathy. #friendly #helpful #customercomesfirst

   If you don't mind waiting up to half an hour every time you go or having to go back because they haven't got something or yet again they have made a mistake it's a fab pharmacy...
