This pharmacy is brilliant always helpful will prescriptions which is just as well considering the hopelessness of the incompetent dr surgery next door that carnt get prescriptions put ONLINE in time to reorder them,then when you ring it’s our fault thank god for pharmacy
Went to Saturday morning session for Flu jab. Friendly efficient process, all done in 10 mins. Thanks to Kelly and pharmacist for well run, accessible service.
Came in with some really swollen eyes and both Kelly and the pharmacist were amazing and sorted it all out for me I could not recommend this pharmacy more

Called in to pick up some painkillers for a headache that i had been experiencing for a few days. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and asked if i would also like to have my blood pressure checked whilst I was there. They offer this service free of charge! Nothing was too much for them. Excellent service!! This will now be my pharmacy of choice

Terrible customer servce, very rude, I called them to see if my perscription was ready, was told I shouldn't ring and that they text people when it arrives, but last time they didn't text me when my persrciption was ready, and what about people who don't have a phone.
You can a leave a prescription for a couple of days before collecting it and it's still not ready and all the staff are miserable
I rang the doctors this morning with a concern about a sore throat worried it might be strep, they said see the pharmacist. After ringing round 5 different chemists with no joy I decided to go to Rowlands. The pharmacist there was absolutely amazing he checked both myself and my daughter. Asked if we had any allergies or asthmatic then immediately went and found suitable medication for both of us. Said it wasn't strep but advised us what to look out for and had a lovely joke with my daughter. I felt so reassured and positive he was so lovely, fun and helpful, and professional as were all the staff. I can't thank them enough and would recommend Rowlands for anyone who needs advice, they are always so helpful and so busy but definitely went the extra mile today x
Efficient, helpful and polite. Very professional. Very busy at times and things might be different occasionally but overall excellent service.
