New to the area with (very) complex needs. Didn't know the system. But the patience of staff at the pharmacy as well as the pharmacist has more than helped. Just excellent all around and having the medication effectively and efficiently delivered whilst I have been 'finding my feet' and getting mobile has been more than a bonus. Thanks to all.
When u do a google search it will tell you there open but upon arriving there closed needs to be sorted out as traveled on foot a lot of people may struggle with walking and they will have wasted there journey down
They are not good in there job every time don’t have many ax your tablets and stuff not good enough to Castemer services
Hassan and the team always go the extra mile to assist not only myself but many others I have noticed whilst there. Even when extremely busy, Hassan always has a word or smile to share. Thank-you for the wonderful service you all have provided since I've been in the area.
Been going to this pharmacy for 20 years now and have always had brilliant service. Having four type one diabetic children I'm in there often. The staff are always friendly and chat to you whilst doing your medication and are lovely with any kids I bring in with me. Also extremely helpful if you go in for any other reason such as toothache, migraine ect. Can be very busy at times but they never stop working, and get everyones prescriptions to them as quick as possible!!!!

Always very friendly and caring Offered blood pressure check which was high Booked in for 24 hour blood pressure machine Got results which were still high Referral form for Gp printed off with all results Which I took to GP Offered and accepted Flu Jab All this in less than a week Great customer service Thank you for caring so much about my health and explaining ever detail to me Which inspired me to start my health journey and journal Would recommend your services to anyone that wants to improve there health
My chemist yet again did not have my brand in stock. Called into 3 other chemists trying to get my brand of tablets, all i got was no, we don't have them. Sandbeds were the only ones, who offered to ring round for to see if they could source them. After 5 attempts they managed to source them. Big shout out, customer service was A+. It's really really appreciated. Thank you so much.
Excellent service from Hassan and his team. Went in for a prescription on Friday last week and offered me a free BP check. As my BP was high they offered me a 24 hour monitor and a subsequent referral to my GP. All within a week. Excellent service and customer focus. Thank you
*DUPLICATED REVIEW* Fantastic service from Hassan the main pharmacist. Sorted an emergency prescription for my partner when the Doctor had once failed to send the prescription through. Understaffed and on his own due to staff illness, went above and beyond for every customer in the pharmacy, including the rude ones. Keep up the good work.
