In search of a better pharmacy, I found Rowland Wrose, where, despite the high workload, the pharmacist Saema diagnosed my condition and helped me choose the right medication. I rarely encounter such a professional approach, and I can only wish that my local pharmacy offered services at this level. “Through my own fault I had ran out of medication and hadn't taken it for a few days. Unfortunately I started to experience some unwanted side effects. I called Asda Pharmacy and discussed this with a female employee, she advised me of what to do. I followed her advice and eventually was able to collect an emergency supply. The two members of staff (male and female) were great, really courteous and kind. They helped me out immensely and turned the situation into a positive experience.”

“What a fabulous pharmacy this is, just visited gasping to breathe, asking if they could sell me an inhaler, to ease my breathing difficulty, explained my usual medication gp, and presenting I'D, pharmacist could see I was having difficulty getting my breath, and without any fuss, or usual red tape sold me my medication, what a life saver, half an hour later I'm breathing again, and quality of life restored!!!! It made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their professionalism, speed, and exceptional customer care. I had been to Elland Pharmacy the same day, but she had no idea how to go about the Emergency prescription procedure and said you will have to see your doctor when they open next. Short of breath i departed.”

They rang when my prescription was ready and offered to deliver after the weekend when I said I needed it sooner they said they would deliver specifically next day and then when I said no I will collect they told me to call them from outside the main door and they came out to my car.
