   Refused over the counter antibiotics on account of age . No further questioning as to my condition . Asked for written information on this policy which appeared to aggrieve them and the pharmacy manager was far from professional towards me . Have since found out from another pharmacist ( who gave me the medication after the appropriate questioning ) that flucloxicillin cannot be given regularly to the elderly. I am neither elderly nor take the medication on a regular basis and never for a 14 day stretch . I shouldn’t have been refused this medication . Really surprised that your service has poor reviews but you don’t seem to want to change ? Please try to be more helpful in future.

   5 Stars – On the spot Inhaler Emergency Prescription Service at Tesco Pharmacy, Halifax Big Thank you to Tesco Pharmacy in Halifax. incredibly understanding and helpful from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to the duty pharmacist, Ataa, who demonstrated a truly can-do attitude. He sorted everything out very quickly and without any complications. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their professionalism, speed, and exceptional customer care. I had been to Elland Pharmacy the same day, but she had no idea how to go about the Emergency prescription procedure and said you will have to see your doctor when they open next. Short of breath i departed.

   Terrible service. Closes early without notice. Spoke to store superviser who was less than helpful. Came to collect prescription and had closed 2 hours early.

   Went here today for some medication for a very painful stye. Asked the pharmacist for advice and was given Brolene eye drops. Put them in and experienced pure agony. Looked up Brolene eye drops for styes and the manufacturer advises NOT to use these drops for styes. My eye is now x10 more inflamed and painful. So.....thanks!!! Be careful!
