Left a prescription and said I would pick it up in a few days. Then had to wait over twenty minutes when I called to pick it up. I had to return the next day for two items. Appalling organisation.
Service is so bad it makes me want to move to any town, anywhere, not plagued with a Day Lewis.
Gets really busy but staff try to be as accommodating as they can that I have experienced
Thank you to the lovely team who work here. You notice when someone isn’t feeling well and treat everyone with genuine care and kindness. It’s such a busy chemist, and I know it can’t be easy, you are appreciated.
To be honest the worst pharmacy I've dealt with. They make you feel guilty and audibly sigh for picking up your prescription without having received a text, but they told me I should be waiting TEN days after my prescription slip is ready to come in and get my prescription?! My old pharmacy where i used to live would take two days. I once waited two weeks and I didn't receive a text so their system just doesn't work. I don't mind that they are busy and perhaps take longer, but the staff honestly make you feel like you're the worst person in the world if you run out of medication and ask for a prescription within 5 days of it being issued. The only time I did receive a text to say it was ready they couldnt find it and I was waiting for 45 minutes for it even though there was only 4 people waiting. I honestly feel really anxious everytime I have to get my prescription!
Lovely staff and great service
Waiting times here are actually insane. Can wait up to an hour to collect my prescription. I was also given someone else’s prescription recently which is a huge GDPR issue! The staff are helpful and friendly which is the only upside to this pharmacy.
I feel that these people need to realise that they are NOT the centre of the universe. Their customer relations are as bad as l have ever seen and maybe a days hard work wouldn't hurt (as the saying says) GO TO BOOTS IN THE BRAMLEY CENTRE AND SEE HOW A CHEMIST SHOULD BE RUN
I have found all staff here to be friendly, helpful and easy to ask advice from. Yes sometimes the wait is longer than people might like but they are servicing a huge number of people. Im sorry for those peoole who have not recieved the service they expect, it must be frustrating, but I can only share my personal experience and say, thank you!
Not the best experience, I understand that although masks are no longer needed by law that a lot of shops still insist which is fine but when you explain that you are deaf four times to the staff they could assist by removing theirs! They are behind protected screens after all
