Shazmeen is a true asset to this pharmacy. Every time I come in, she makes me feel like a priority. She takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and never makes me feel rushed. Her kindness and expertise have made a huge difference in my experience here.
Pharmacy appears to have changed hands since the last time I was there. There is a front counter that's is not manned and you have to cough loudly to tell them you are there. The shelves are not fully stocked and there always seems to be special offer Christmas items on sale. Pharmacy also DOES NOT open on a Saturday, which is not helpful to people who work during the week and need to pick up meds and their script has been sent direct to the pharmacy.
I have never known a chemist like this in my life every single month they don't have all my prescriptions I have to Chase it all the time medication that I need to take they say they will deliver I have waited all day and no medication this is from my doctor sending it to them on Wed!!!! After this I'm changing chemist definitely I've had enough!!!
Shocking customer service when you ring to ask if any prescriptions are there no please ir thank you or even a hint of a friendly voice! Need a customer service lesson big time Will be moving chemists now

Went to the pharmacy for some throat spray and the servers were rude and ignorant. I was sprayed in the face with perfume by the server. Yes, perfume. Not anti-bacterial spray. I asked for advice on what medicine to take, she said "there's nothing you can do, just take paracetamol" then walked away. They seriously need to fix their customer service skills. Plus, medicines were incredibly overpriced- could get cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Would only recommend the place if you were absolutely desperate for medicine.
